New Pinpoint Laser Microgage PRO Plus Next Generation Laser Measuring and Alignment - Sale !! (Microgage PRO Plus)
The Microgage PRO Plus is the next generation in laser measuring and alignment tools.  Simplifying the inspection and alignment process, the microprocessor uses Smart data technology to equip its user with step by step instructions and easy to use data giving you the answers you need. This extremely versatile measuring and alignment tool combines key features and capabilities into one portable, compact, easy to use, product for multiple industries.

Microgage PRO Plus works on a very simple principle: Laser light travels in a straight line. If you attach a laser transmitter to one assembly and a laser receiver to another, then the alignment of the two assemblies will equal the X/Y displacement of the laser beam at the receiver. And Microgage PRO Plus measures all his with a precision of 0.0001 inch over distances of up to 165 feet.

How It Works

A precise laser beam forms a straight reference line for a machine or assembly and each receiver measures in two axial directions, horizontal and vertical (X & Y).  The path of the laser beam can be a few inches up to 180 feet and a state of the art touchscreen display provides accurate readings as small as 0.0001 inch (2.5 micron).

Smart Display

Bright, high-definition, color readout.

The digital data of the laser’s position will read “0” for height & lateral readings if laser & receiver rest on the same plane & against a straight guide rail.

If the receiver is moved, the measurement readings will change accordingly.
On-board microprocessor provides instructions & stores thousands of measurement readings.

Durable enclosure

20 Hours run time on rechargeable batteries.

Capture Software

Capture is our Windows-based, proprietary alignment software.

Displays readings in large numerals and with graphical X/Y and moving chart plot.

Provides real-time measurement data in a customizable Excel format.

Analyzes industrial equipment and production machinery performance and alignment.

Works with up to 8 receivers.

Pre-installed routines and built-in instructions allow Capture™ to interface seamlessly with other packages and programs.

Wireless Capabilities

Control alignment work without the hassle of running cables and cords.

The wireless receiver reads the laser reference beam then sends X-Y measurements to the digital display.

Powered by two AAA batteries.

Wireless receiver is comprised of durable internal components and solid aluminum housing.

Resolution of 0.0001 inch (2.5 µ)

All manufacturing done in the U.S.

New Pinpoint Laser Microgage 2D Alignment And Measuring System - Sale !! (Microgage 2D)
The Microgage 2D laser alignment tool can be adapted to a wide variety of industrial measuring and alignment requirements. Each receiver measures in two axial directions (X & Y) and can be used for checking straightness, flatness, parallelism, squareness, bores, spindles, and other alignment needs.

How It Works

Capture precise measurements as small as 0.0001 inch (2.5 micron). The easy to use Microgage 2D laser transmitter and electrical receiver can be separated by a few inches up to 150 feet for large industrial projects. A highly collimated, low power laser beam is projected from the end of the laser housing. The electronic receiver picks up the laser beam allowing the display to provide a digital readout showing the height and lateral position of the laser beam. If the laser transmitter and receiver are resting on a common flat surface, the display will read zero. If the transmitter or the receiver is then raised off the surface, or moved side to side, the differential position will then be displayed. Combining the laser and receiver with various optics and mounting accessories allows the Microgage laser alignment tool to measure all sorts of two dimensional alignment parameters.

The Microgage 2D begins with a basic laser alignment kit that is compact, versatile and easy to use. Adding various precision alignment accessories and attachments expands the capabilities of the Microgage 2D to address virtually any industrial measuring and alignment application.

New Pinpoint Laser Microgage 2000 laser alignment and measurement system - Sale !! (Laser Microgage 2000)
The Microgage 2000 is the most adaptable alignment tool that maintains high precision measurement data while sitting in the palm of your hand. Built with versatility in mind, the Microgage 2000 functions in an array of ways offering value to any business or industry that favors simplicity brought to tedious alignment tasks. It quickly becomes an essential part of the way your team measures and performs.

How It Works

Modern measuring is no harder then extending your arm with Pinpoint’s 2000. Simplifying your laser alignment process, the Microgage 2000 bridges the gap between how your business used to measure and how you should measure now. Because measuring with the 2000 is as simple as aligning with a tape measure or piano wire, your team is able to get top-notch results minus the sag and faulty “accuracy” given by inferior measurement tools.

The laser transmitter projects a thin line of laser light to a digital receiver and a display for measuring displacement. Measurements as small as 0.0001 inch are displayed and the laser and receiver can be separated by as much as 120 feet for large industrial projects.

Components

3 primary components: 2000 laser transmitter, digital receiver & digital display

The laser housing contains a flat, machined aluminum base while a variety of mounting points are custom drilled into the sides. A collimated laser beam projects from the end of the laser housing unit, running parallel to the base and sides of the housing. A receiver picks up the laser beam allowing the handheld display to provide a digital readout showing the position of the laser beam on the receiver. If the laser transmitter and receiver are resting on a flat surface, the display will read zero. If the transmitter or receiver is raised off the surface, the differential position will then be displayed.

Accessories

Light, lean and whatever else it takes to get your alignment work done

Pinpoint’s Microgage 2000 alignment accessories go the extra mile to remove the pain from your alignment work. There are customizable fixtures for virtually all your alignment needs.  Looking for parallel and bore alignment? There are several alignment accessories that will allow your team to collect these and other geometric parameters in a snap.  Uncertain if there are systems and alignment accessories for applications beyond straightness and linear? Rest assured that the more focused lathe and spindle alignment applications are just as easy to measure with Pinpoint’s products.

Digital Display

The rugged LCD display module puts heavy-duty data in the palm of your hand

This robust, yet lightweight aluminum display module will become an integral component in your maintenance arsenal. Every member of your team will appreciate the rugged enclosure design that protects our highly sophisticated laser alignment system, capable of 2.5-micron measurement resolution. The superior engineering and design of our Microgage 2000 have allowed it to remain an industry staple for over 15 years.

Capture Software

Alignment data captured & used with pride

The Windows-based alignment software package is Pinpoint’s answer to retrieving production performance data faster and more efficiently. With the ability to analyze measurement data in a way that results in better organization and production data storage, your team spends less time on distracting tasks and more time on machinery performance. The alignment software comes on-board the 2000 display module and works with several PC packages and programs like Excel. The pre-installed routines and built-in instructions are customer favorites, having saved the pride of a multitude of professionals.

Compact Receiver

Measurement data captured with innovative precision without sacrificing common sense

This ultra-compact digital receiver is more than simply a micro accessory. It makes measuring displacement much easier. Combining the laser transmitter and the lightweight receiver with various optics and mounting accessories allows the Compact Receiver to measure a number of alignment parameters and take on just about any alignment task. Bore alignment and rudder post positioning are two examples of tasks that could be easily streamlined for your team.

Customization

Select the Right System. Then Make it Yours.

There can be an alignment system for every project but it’s how the system works for you that really matters. Pinpoint has a number of laser alignment models and alignment kits from which to choose.
